Emotional Regulation and Wellbeing Programs for Children 3-5 years

Helping little ones make sense of big feelings — and giving them skills for life.

Regulation Station helps children aged 3–5 years learn to understand their feelings, manage big emotions, and build confidence for school and life.

Our inclusive, neurodiverse-affirming workshops are designed and led by a mental health professional and early childhood teacher and delivered in short, engaging 30-minute sessions over 10-session blocks.

We give little ones the emotional regulation skills they need to thrive—supporting their wellbeing today and setting strong foundations for a happy, confident future.

Professional facilitators

All Regulation Station sessions are designed by a qualified mental health practitioner and early childhood teacher, combining evidence-based psychoeducation with developmentally appropriate practice. Skills taught in sessions are designed to be easily supported by educators and practiced at home by families.
