We created Regulation Station because big emotions can feel overwhelming — and when children are supported well, calm becomes possible.
Research shows that when emotional regulation skills are taught early, children experience improved mental health, better educational outcomes, stronger relationships and more positive life outcomes.
We care deeply about creating calm, inclusive spaces where every child feels safe, seen and supported. It’s a joy to do this work, and we’re so glad you’re here.
Regulation Station delivers playful, evidence-informed wellbeing workshops to Early Learning Centers and Out of School Holiday Care programs across Brisbane, Adelaide and surrounding areas.
We bring engaging incursions that blend emotional education, mindfulness and gentle movement to help children build regulation skills, confidence and connection — all in ways that feel fun, safe and meaningful.
