Let’s Get Started

  • Mindful Movers

The Mindful Movers workshop combines playful movement, mindfulness and breathing exercises, storytelling, and imagination to help children learn simple, practical ways to understand and manage their emotions. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, children build foundational emotional regulation skills in a way that feels fun and natural.

  • Educator Wellbeing Workshop

Our Educator Wellbeing Workshops offer a supportive space for educators to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their own wellbeing. Blending educational insights with hands-on, experiential practices, these sessions explore self-care, in-the-moment responses to children’s emotions, and the important role educators play in co-regulation.

Educators will learn practical strategies to support both themselves and the children in their care, while also having the opportunity to check in with their own wellbeing, practice simple self-regulation techniques, and build confidence in modelling calm, connected responses in everyday interactions.
